So can I just rotate them 180 degrees or do I have the wrong ones because they don't seem to be working?

You, like me, have incorrect driver boards. Mod went dark once I pointed it out and haven't heard anything from them since. 😕

IF (BIG IF) the board is correct and the silkscreen is what is wrong, all you'll have to do is flip the board 180° and then wire it such that
it matches this:

GND
ENABLE
STEP
DIR

but the label will be incorrect and this should get you moving.

Is there a test I can do with a multimeter to check if my board is the correct one? The one I have I got on Zyltech this week, and it's labeled with "Ext Drivers Only" on the right side and GND, ENABLE, STEP, DIR from top to bottom on the rigtht side. I can see the traces on the bottom, but I would like to check the connectivity/path before I do something stupid

The B1,B2,A1,A2 pins are the pins connected to the green connectors.

The bottom right pin is Ground and can be tested for conductivity on the green connectors side as check.
