Axis Issues

Hello,

I have some problem with my 3 axis; during a mouvment the stepper turn and stop and turn, it is not linear... :?: :?: :?:

My config :

Alim 36v DC
Board Version 2.11
Stepper driver Pololu DRV8825
I put the three jumper for X Y Z axis

Can you help me ?

Sounds like they are overheating. Reduce the current to check if this is the case.

If it is , add heat sinks.

I check the voltage and I 39V.
I lower the voltage to 36V and the axes reacted in the same way ...

The touch, they are warm, but you can touch ...
I destroyed my stepper driver?

Is this happening just on one axes or on all of them? It might just be one driver that is giving the issue...

Your problem might also not be voltage but current related. Reduce the current to as low as possible.

I solved my problem!
I lowered the voltage to 35V, I pulled on the third jumper.
And above all, I added a fan directly on the stepper.
Now axes react as expected !!!

It is now that I can configure the home ... Do you have a procedure on this point and on the calibration of axes?
