The first external drivers I bought (TB6600 of some sort) felt flimsy and had some history of overheating, so I bought different drivers (Cloudray DM542S). They seem heavier and the little screws don't fall out. So far, so good. I've got them wired to the power source (jameco 48v, 12.5A). I've wired the EN +, DIR+, STP+ and the 3 GND (-) wires and am ready to attach them to the CNC Board.
Which output is which? The picture given on
means nothing if I read the orientation wrong. Is GND on the Xaxis (the output set closest to the USB ports) the First hole (closest to the USB ports) or Fourth hole (away from the USB ports) of the set of 4 holes?
