Super-PID wiring

Hi,

I am wiring up the Super-PID router speed controller and am confused about the Protoneer's spindle enable/PWM pin.
The Super-PID has both a RUN terminal and a PWM terminal but the Protoneer appears to have only one terminal that is both?

Does anyone have experience with these two boards together?
