The NANO-Arm has been in the pipeline for a few months and it is finally here...

Will it run GRBL?

No, GRBL is compiled for the ATmega328P

The NanoArm is running an Atmel SAMD21, so standard GRBL won't work (I've tried it)

There is a port of GRBL for STM32 chips here - haven't tried it though
