Default compilation and GRBL Shield Output Pins

Today I ordered the latest GRBL shield to replace my (probably Chinese clone) GRBL 3.00 board
that was delivered with my Raw 1.5 DIY CNC kit.

Having had some trouble getting thinks to work I finally figured out that there are some discrepancy
regarding pinout on the 3.00 shield and the default compilation options in the grbl firmware.

As far as I can see by looking at images the same seem to be the case with the current version of the Shield
but it will be some time until I can verify that.

I created this document for any having the same problem in the future =)
