Have you tried another G-Code sender? UGS....
I think I have seen someone mention this issue on another site related to lasers.

Re: GPIO Triggered by Unknown Program on image
Bertus, what goes into the serial tuning? Is this something that was already done on the board or something that has to be done? This is the current script to enable hardware serial on RPi 3's and up... https://github.com/Protoneer/RPI-CNC-Config-Scripts/blob/master/scripts/_RPi34-Serial-Config.sh ...

Re: PWM to Analogue Output Converter
Hey Guys, I'm in the process of rebuilding my CNC with a genuine Protoneer shield, but I need Analogue Output control for my spindle driver as its one of the DC controlled Chinese drivers, which is either set with a Pot or 0 to 10V analogue control if available (mine did not come with analogue cont...

Re: LCD display via second Arduino
I've been wondering if it would be possible to implement an LCD display like this one. https://wiki.shapeoko.com/index.php/LCD_on_GRBL#Full_version_GRBL_1.1 Correct me if I'm wrong but it appears to piggyback on the existing serial connection and extract data by sniffing/listening to the $10 update...

Re: GPIO Triggered by Unknown Program on image
A mystery it is... There is not intentional app that is connecting to them. On a RPi 3 and up the hardware serial needed some tuning because it was connected to Bluetooth by default. Thinking of it , we do use some of the pins connected to the Hat with Arduino to reset/program the hat. But that is o...

Re: Another rebuild
OK Bertus, Of course I would like to stay with your system, if you are planning an update, and of course it is not to far away, I will not be in any hurry to get this up and running, I need to make sure that everything is spot on. I did have the two motors running the Z axis on the last model, didn...

Re: Voltage for Pololu DRV8825
In the wiki the voltage for the motor controllers listed as 12-36v. The DRV8825 controller can handle 48v is this a limitation of the 2.60 board? Can 48v be run through it safely? Thanks! We tested the V2.60 at 36v. For compatibility we labeled it at 36V for other pololu stepper drivers that don't ...

Re: Another rebuild
OK Bertus, you answered a couple of questions on the V 2.58 page. I mentioned that the new machine would be 1 meter X 900. For ease of construction, the X axis rises and lowers with the Z axis, so this is an added weight, so I have a motor on each side, they are run on individual drivers, so Z is c...
